이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 "The Manager Board"(이하 "본 앱")가 제공하는 전술판·훈련일지·일정·선수 관리 등 일체의 서비스(이하 "서비스") 이용에 관한 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무·책임 사항을 규정합니다.

제2조 (용어의 정의)

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

  1. 본 약관은 본 앱 내 또는 본 페이지에 게시함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.
  2. 운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
  3. 중요한 변경은 효력 발생 7일 전 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 안내합니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공)

  1. 본 앱은 다음의 기능을 제공합니다.
    • 전술판 작성·편집·공유
    • 훈련 일지 기록
    • 일정 캘린더 및 알림
    • 선수 프로필·부상·경기 출장 기록
    • 코칭 스태프 간 데이터 공유 (Firestore 기반)
    • iCloud 자동 동기화
  2. 일부 기능(Pro / Coach 등급)은 별도의 구독 결제가 필요할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (계정)

  1. 이용자는 본인의 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
  2. 타인의 계정을 도용하거나 부정 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
  3. 이용자는 언제든 앱 내 "계정 삭제" 메뉴를 통해 계정을 폐쇄할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무 및 금지 행위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

제7조 (콘텐츠의 책임)

  1. 이용자가 본 앱에 등록한 콘텐츠의 책임은 해당 이용자에게 있습니다.
  2. 운영자는 콘텐츠를 사전 검열하지 않으나, 신고·법적 요청 등 정당한 사유가 있을 경우 삭제하거나 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (구독 및 결제)

  1. 유료 기능은 Apple App Store 의 정책에 따라 결제·갱신·환불됩니다.
  2. 구독 취소는 Apple ID 설정의 "구독 관리"에서 직접 진행해야 합니다.

제9조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

운영자는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경·중단할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경의 경우 사전 공지합니다. 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가피한 사유로 인한 일시적 중단은 사전 공지 없이 발생할 수 있습니다.

제10조 (책임의 제한)

  1. 운영자는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 제3자(Firebase/Apple 등) 서비스 중단 등 불가항력으로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
  2. 이용자 본인의 부주의(비밀번호 유출 등)로 발생한 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임지지 않습니다.
  3. 이용자가 등록한 콘텐츠로 인해 제3자와 분쟁이 발생할 경우 해당 이용자가 책임을 부담합니다.

제11조 (분쟁 해결 및 준거법)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 본 앱 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생할 경우 운영자와 이용자가 성실히 협의하여 해결합니다. 협의가 어려운 경우 민사소송법상의 관할 법원에 제소할 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service

Effective: May 27, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of "The Manager Board" ("the App") and the rights and responsibilities between the operator and you as a user.

3. Effect and Changes

  1. These Terms take effect once posted in the App or on this page.
  2. The operator may revise them within the limits of applicable law.
  3. Material changes are announced at least 7 days in advance via the App or email.

4. Services Provided

  1. The App offers tactical board editing, training logs, schedule calendar with reminders, player profile / injury / match logging, staff sharing (Firestore-based), and automatic iCloud sync.
  2. Some features (Pro / Coach tiers) may require a paid subscription.

5. Account

  1. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
  2. You must not use another person's account without authorization.
  3. You may close your account at any time via in-app "Delete Account".

7. Responsibility for Content

  1. You are solely responsible for the content you enter.
  2. The operator does not pre-screen content but may remove or restrict it for legitimate reasons such as reports or legal requests.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

  1. Paid features are billed, renewed, and refunded according to Apple App Store policies.
  2. Cancel subscriptions through "Manage Subscriptions" in your Apple ID settings.

9. Service Changes and Discontinuation

The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service with prior notice for material changes. Temporary outages from force majeure or system failures may occur without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

  1. The operator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, network outages, or disruptions of third-party services (Firebase, Apple, etc.).
  2. The operator is not liable for damages caused by your own negligence (e.g., password disclosure).
  3. You are solely responsible for disputes with third parties arising from your content.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; if unresolved, they may be brought before the court of competent jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
